At Skyline Web Services, we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality hosting experience. This Refund Policy explains under which circumstances refunds may be issued. These terms apply to all hosting purchases unless otherwise stated.

1. Refund Window

Shared / Web Hosting: Full refund within 14 days.

Cloud / VPS Hosting: Partial refund within 7 days, with infrastructure costs deducted.

Add-ons such as backups, CDN, or security tools are refundable within 7 days if not used.

2. Eligible Services

  • First-time hosting purchases
  • Active services without Terms of Service violations
  • Payments made using supported gateways

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Licensed software (such as cPanel or LiteSpeed) after activation
  • One-time services after work has started
  • Services terminated due to policy violations

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our billing team with your order ID and refund reason.
  2. Back up your data, as services may deactivate after approval.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Upgrades, Downgrades & Proration

  • Plan changes are prorated automatically.
  • Early cancellations may qualify for partial credit.

8. Abuse & Violations

No refund is issued if an account is suspended or terminated for spam, malware, resource abuse, or Terms of Service violations.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

10. Changes to This Policy

Skyline Web Services may update this policy at any time. The revised version becomes effective upon posting.
