Terms & Conditions
Last updated: December 26, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services of Skyline Web Services (“Skyline”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate registration, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding credentials (use strong passwords and 2FA where available).
2) Orders, Billing & Renewals
- Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise stated. Prices may change; existing subscriptions renew at then-current rates.
- Some services auto-renew by default. You can disable auto-renew from the control panel before the renewal date.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit services until the balance is paid.
- Taxes, regulatory fees, and third-party costs (e.g., registry, license) may apply.
3) Domain Services
For domain registration, transfer, and renewal, you agree to applicable ICANN policies and the registry rules for each TLD. Typical requirements include:
- Maintaining accurate WHOIS contact information.
- Acknowledging that transfers require an unlocked domain, valid EPP/Auth code, and compliance with the 60-day transfer rule.
- Timely renewal to avoid expiration, grace, or redemption fees.
4) Acceptable Use
You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited uses include (non-exhaustive):
- Spam, phishing, malware, DDoS/abuse, or illegal content.
- Infringing or deceptive activities, or attempts to bypass security measures.
- Resource abuse that risks platform stability.
We may update rules at any time. See our Acceptable Use page for examples.
5) Backups & Security
- We implement safeguards and offer backup features (see Backup & Security), but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups where mission-critical.
- Security features (WAF, malware scans, etc.) reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6) Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, AUP/ToS breaches, or when required by law.
- Upon termination, your access may cease and data may be deleted after a retention period. Please export data in advance when possible.
7) Intellectual Property
- All Skyline trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by Skyline or its licensors.
- You grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content solely to provide the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Skyline for the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skyline and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11) Service Levels
- We aim for high availability. Any published SLA or uptime credits will be described on the relevant product page or SLA page.
- Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) are excluded.
12) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Some items are non-refundable (e.g., domain registrations, issued SSL, activated third-party licenses).
13) Privacy
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.
14) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
